How It Works
When you lease with one of our partner communities or work with one of our partner realtors, you can qualify for a free professional move*, handled start to finish by Ameritex Movers. No guesswork, no hidden catches — just trusted movers taking care of the heavy lifting so you can focus on settling in.
What Is the
Free Move Promo?
It’s simple: our partner properties and agents offer a free move as a welcome gift to their new residents and clients. Instead of scrambling to find a moving company, packing a truck yourself, or asking friends for a favor, you get a licensed, insured crew from Ameritex Movers — at no cost to you, up to the budget set by your partner community or realtor.
You focus on your new home. We’ll handle the boxes.

What's Included
Every Free Move Promo includes a professional Ameritex Movers crew, a truck/moving trailer, and all standard moving equipment — the same trusted, insured service our customers have relied on for years. Your dedicated partner sets the budget for your move, so the amount of coverage can vary by community or realtor.
If your move is completed within the budgeted time, it’s free. If it runs longer, you’re simply responsible for the difference — no surprises, no pressure.
